What a spectacular opening week has been. The camp is up and running and our guests arrived and experienced some of best northern pike fishing you could imagine! During the week our guests caught and released over 9 master angler pikes and several qualifying smallmouth bass. Walleye fishing for eater fish was great with some larger ones caught, smallmouth bass remained active with close to 50 caught on Parker Lake.

The Northern Pike were caught in relatively shallow water using large crank baits, while the walleyes were caught on just about anything from jigs tipped with crawlers, Lindy rigs, and various small crankbaits.

The weather was typical for Canada with a few hot, humid days mixed with a few couple cool rainy days.

Overall a great week of guests, some awesome fishing, and as always, lots of fun!

Enjoy the pictures,
