The wait is almost over — summer at Eagle Falls Lodge is right around the corner. 🎣☀️
Leaving Texas this morning but the views up north are reminding us that Canada isn’t quite ready for us yet. There’s still ice hanging on across Red Lake, but every day brings us one step closer to open water, warm evenings, and another unforgettable summer at camp.
Opening season is always one of our favorite times of year. After months of snow, ice, and winter weather, the excitement starts building as boats get cleaned, tackle gets organized, and plans are made for long days on the water chasing walleye, northern pike, and smallmouth bass. Even with ice still lingering, you can feel the season changing.
Soon the docks will be in, the cabins will be full, and Eagle Falls Lodge will once again come alive with early morning coffee, fish stories, laughter around camp, and memories being made on the water. There’s truly nothing like summertime in Red Lake, Ontario.
To all of our returning guests and first-time visitors, thank you for being part of the Eagle Falls Lodge family. We’re looking forward to another incredible season and can’t wait to welcome everyone back north in the weeks ahead.
