Please contact us to be penciled in for an available week or added to the waiting list for a booked week. You can add your name to the waiting list for a specific week, but if you are flexible then providing us with multiple weeks or an entire month will increase your chances of getting in. Being on the waiting list does not commit you to a trip. If something opens up we will contact you to see if you are still interested.

Remember – the ONLY way to secure your reservation is with a $250 deposit per person! Deposits are due by December 1 and are considered non-refundable and non-transferable. If we haven’t received a deposit by December 1 we will begin filling your spot with those on the waiting list. Thanks for your cooperation and understanding!
After your reservation has been confirmed you can now conveniently pay your deposit on the website by credit card through PayPal under the “Reservations/Rates” tab. You may also mail a check to our Colorado address, found here.
