We have a sweet new set up for the weekly fish-fry. Which is tonight by the way, wish you could join!
A double-double if you will. Having larger crowds throughout the summer means more mouths to feed. Which means more fish to fry! Some of our guests decided it was time for an upgrade. We were given these super nice and speedy double fryers to ensure that the fish is done on time. The first time we had both of these babies in service Travis was waiting on ME to finish everything else. Oops. Now I know I got to kick it into high gear. A big thank you to Mel Heimark and his crew for providing such a nice set up.
