With only 20 days until our season opener, we are busy packing and finalizing plans to begin our trip to Red Lake. With the long winter and the expected late ice out, we are expecting a narrower window to get the camp up and ready in time for our first week of guests.

After the two years of the pandemic shutdown, a late ice-out is merely a block of ice in the road!! We cannot wait to see everyone this upcoming season! We are truly blessed to be able to return to some sense of normalcy and to be able to have guests once again. As we moved into the 2022 season, we again rolled our guest’s deposits over from the 2019 season, and based on the initial confirmations we were 100% booked and blocked off all availability for the season. That being said plans do change and things do happen, as a result, several of our guests have canceled which has created openings throughout the season so be sure and check under availability as there are prime fishing dates open!

Remember anyone booking a second trip during the season will receive a $100.00 discount on that booking and if they book their week back-to-back, they will automatically receive an extra day of fishing, lodging, and meals FREE! ($125.00 value).

We are anticipating heading north around May 15th-18th and will post to our blog and Facebook accounts so be sure to check in for updates.

Take care and safe travels,
The Holiski’s

I hope you guys can get into Red Lake with 105 being completely washed out/away south of town. I have not seen any detours or info posted yet on any Ontario Facebook pages. Good luck!
