See the butter dishes behind the french toast ? That is the Eagle Falls Lodge method of warming it up. We use the steam and oven heat from all other breakfast preparation. We have it down to a science here, people – ha! I think everyone was happy to have a warm meal this morning, because it was CHILLY outside. Never fear, the sun is out and it is now in the 60’s. Absolutely beautiful.
